Meet Your Director Of Sales
Sarah Easterly
How many years of experience do you have in Senior Living?
Over 18 years in Senior Living at various levels. I’ve worked in Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Centers, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, In-Home Care and Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Why did you get into Senior Living?
I grew up in a large family where I was the youngest of 29 grandchildren. Most of the people in my family and social circle were older and it was natural to feel like people who were older adults were “my people.” Some of my very first memories were going to help in the local “nursing home” and visiting with family and older friends from church. As part of my life growing up my mom had me help her deliver Meals on Wheels every month to local older adults who needed healthy options for meals. You could say I’ve worked in senior living my whole life!
How do you enjoy spending your day off?
Family is extremely important to me so when I have a day off, I am generally doing something outside with my husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs.
Any hobbies or other details you would like to share?

I have 9 years of experience working in Senior Living.
Why did you get into Senior Living?
As a child, I had the opportunity to volunteer with seniors at my mother’s job. Working with seniors has been a passion of mine from a young age.
How do you enjoy spending your day off?
I enjoy participating in community events, outdoors activities (such as rollerblading, exploring Jacksonville’s amazing parks) and spending time with my family and friends.
Meet Your Executive Chef
Benjamin Gaudio
Growing up with a large Italian family, food was always a part of social gatherings and family time for Benjamin. He remembers peeling garlic while helping his grandmother prepare tomatoes for sauce, canning vegetables in the fall, and making fresh pastas. After 2 years of Culinary Arts training at Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island and marrying his High School sweetheart, Benjamin refined his skills and techniques by working in fine dining establishments that included fresh seafood. He turned his attention to the senior healthcare side of food and beverage in his midtwenties and refined his understanding of nutrition and healthy eating in large hospitals with ICU/Maternity/ Behavioral wings as well as therapy settings. He is excited to come back to senior living and provide great food to residents in our community!
